How to make a deposit?

Remittance must be from a bank account in your name maintained with a licensed bank in Hong Kong. Transfer from joint name account or third-party account or cash / cheque deposit will not be accepted, charges will be borne by the client in case of any return of remittance. Please deposit funds via your linked account in the following method:

Warm reminder: Minimum deposit of HKD 10,000 is required for initial deposit and there is no upper limit. Subsequent deposit through the linked bank account is not subject to minimum requirement or upper limit.

Upon successful transfer, please login ZA One App and notify us for collection by submitting the remittance details and uploading the deposit proof. We accept screen capture of mobile phone or online banking. The deposit proof should show the complete remittance bank account number, transfer date and reference number. If you do not initiate a remittance notification after transferring funds into our bank account, we will not be able to identify your deposit and funds cannot be credited into your account.

Confirmation of the deposit is expected to complete within 3 business days. Cut-off time for deposit is 4pm every business day. Any deposit submitted after that will be processed on the next business day. We will inform you via email and/or ZA One App push message.You can also check the transaction records in ZA One App.
