Login ZA One App to submit a withdrawal request. Payment will only be made to linked bank account in your name and no payment can be made to a joint name or third-party bank account. Cut-off time for withdrawal request is 10 am every business day. Any withdrawal request submitted after that will be processed on the next business day. We will inform you via email and/or ZA One App push message. You can also check the transaction records in ZA One App. Remittance of the withdrawal is expected to be done within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time of each bank can be different, and the actual payment receipt time is subject to the bank
