Click “Withdraw” in the IPOGo tab of ZA One App to request for withdrawal from IPOGo. The withdrawal will be completed within 5 business days after the transactions are settled. Remaining balance will be transferred back to customer’s cash account once the withdrawal is completed.

From the date that the request is submitted, we will not apply for any IPO on behalf of the account nor charge any management fee.

Please note that if a client requests to terminate or suspend this IPOGo service within 3-month since service inception, we will charge a fee of HK$500 as stated in the discretionary client agreement.
